- A data Centre is a physical facility that organizations use to house their critical applications and data
- The data Centre is the department in an enterprise that houses and maintains back-end information technology (IT) systems and data stores—its mainframes, servers and databases.
- For a small organization, the data Centre may represent a small closet that houses one or two servers and a network patch panel.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- PAYOUT -: Rent closing – 5th of month Working closing – 16th & 31st of the month
- DEDUCTIONS -: Service charge – 5% TDS – 2%
- MINIMUM PAYOUT -: The minimum payout is Rs. 1000/- In case of low payout, it will be added to the next
payout cycle - DURATION -: The payout duration will be 10 years including principle investment
- PAYOUT RELEASE -: Rent will be released on an automatic basis. For working payout, withdrawal claim has to made by the party
